Opportunity awaits you We are now searching for an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join the finance team, on a F i xed-Term contract for 10 months , based here in Christchurch. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager this position involves all the tasks required to process and pay vendor invoices. Key responsibilities Process assigned vendor invoices for payment through the ERP system.
Actively manage outstanding items. Vendor reconciliations To be successful you will need A high level of attention to detail, taking pride in the work you do Experienced user of a large ERP, with the confidence to learn new systems, processes, and procedures Sound interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to all levels of personnel within the organisation Proficient Microsoft Excel user, with competence in other Microsoft Office products Good organisational skills with an ability to prioritise your work and meet strict deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Understanding of OCR software and Dynamics 365 an advantage.
